License Activation

Check your email for a message from Tagpresto containing the Activation Code. It should have arrived to the same email address you entered in your order details at the time of purchase.

If you don’t see an email in your inbox, check your spam folder. If you have an external email filter you may need to look there. In case of uncertainty, contact your possible IT administrator or email support.

According to the instructions in the email, press the activation link in the email. This leads to an activation page on our website. Follow the instructions there and enter the information carefully, as your key and its contact info will be based on this information.

The license key will be tied to the specific device. Be very careful to enter the correct serial number and exactly as it appears on the label. Be careful not to accidentally enter a space character or any other character that does not belong to the serial number.

You will usually find this on a label on the bottom of the device. In some cases, it may be located elsewhere.

Search for text specified as for example…

• SN: {number}
• S/N: {number}
• Serial number: {number}

If you are unsure, refer to the manual or to the manufacturer of your label printer. You can usually find specific info about this on their website.

The license key will be sent to the email address you provieded during  license registration.

After obtaining this, please read the Help Center post on this website about how to install the license key.

If you haven’t received an email after a while, check your spam folder and/or your external spam filter (if any). Alternatively consult your email service support or IT administrator in the first instance. If they can’t help you, please contact our support. We are happy to help.
